Celebrate American Sense of Style

The GANT flagship store on Fifth Avenue, unveiled its new 2nd floor expansion last week. The addition to the GANT brand is called Rugger– a label targeted at the younger shopper of the GANT brand. The privileged guests were treated to mini bites and served delicious swizzle stick cocktails, a throwback to a more retro style.
Along with this new expansion, GANT is celebrating their 60th anniversary in the retail market. Culminating this event, GANT has redesigned and reconstructed six shirts from the six decades during this brand’s existence for a limited time offer. These button-down shirts have a much slimmer fit than the original style shown in past decades. They keep the heritage, style and the contrast fabric locker loop (a GANT invention) intact.
Out of the six shirts I personally favor the CASHMERE. The red and blue plaid check fabric possesses the sublime touch of cashmere and cotton blend. This shirt is a remake of the original 1960’s shirt known as the Woolster.
These limited-time offer anniversary shirts are available in selected GANT stores. Please check www.gant.com for the store nearest you.
