Emporio

Emporio is an ultra-chic-yet-rustic-looking restaurant with an atrium that looks to the stars. Add a complete menu of affordable yet quality-driven food and this hotspot beats all its competitors in this Italian-filled Nolita neighborhood. Its multiple culinary offerings make it a foodies’ destination while its aperitivo menu makes it the perfect after-work hangout and the late-night spuntino menu rounds up the out-and-about crowd. Emporio’s décor was crafted to evoke a signature European sense of vintage warmth and comfort and that’s exactly what it did for me. I literally melted in my booth. My friends and I decided to mix and match a bunch of small dishes composed by Chef Buitoni. Absolute perfection! Don’t leave without trying out a dessert… a bittersweet chocolate tart with sea salt and homemade caramel will satisfy a chocoholic’s ultimate craving without being too sweet or heavy. If you’re in the Nolita area this is a must try!
