You can’t deny that Danika from Fenton Moon Media isn’t gorgeous. She’s a blonde haired, green eyed knockout! She recently shot with WhatsWear for our holiday gift guide editorial. I was able to grab a few minutes with Danika to ask some questions about the shoot and what being a model is like.
KW: You just shot a holiday gift guide with WhatsWear. This got me thinking, what will you be asking for this year?
D: A Kindle 2 electronic reader! I really want one this year.
KW: Which gift did you want to walk off set with?
D: Hmm. The keys to the Land Rover would be nice!
KW: What did you use for inspiration for the gift guide shoot?
D: The holidays are always easy to draw inspiration from.
KW: What was it like working with Remington Guest on set?
D: He was a really great guy. It was a pleasure to work with him. I enjoy working with other models. It’s always nice to have someone on the set with you to feed off of.
KW: If you weren’t a model, what would you be doing?
D: I would be playing pro tennis for sure. I love sports and pro tennis had been my whole life up until a couple years ago. I got burnt out and decided to go a different route. I do miss competing though.
KW: How were you discovered?
D: At my tennis club growing up. It’s the Westside Tennis Club in Houston, Texas. A lady I knew there, Erin Williams, owned a modeling agency called Millennia Models.
KW: What’s your winter must-have piece this season?
D: I’m definitely in need of some good snow boots to truck around in January for fashion week castings.
KW: Okay, now one of my favorite questions, tell me your dream shoot. This can be anything and with no restrictions.
D: I would love to shoot for Victoria’s Secret. The location would be somewhere exotic and warm.
KW: Thank you for doing an amazing job with the holiday gift guide and taking a few minutes to indulge in our curiosities. We look forward to seeing what you do next!
