My Favorite “It” Thing: Anthropologie Knobs

In a world where everything is mass produced in China, it becomes hard to find that one-of-a-kind piece that someone can notice and not say “Oh my god, I got that at Ikea too!”. Not to mention if you do find that one-of-a-kind piece, the price tag is bound to leave you lacking in your bank account statements. A credo that I find inspiring for situations such as these is, it is not necessarily what you are buying, but how you are a decorating it.
As a broke college student moving into my first apartment, I had little choice where to buy my first set of furniture. In a frugal attempt, I set out in search of garage sales to see if I might stumble upon a dresser fitting my small budget and my large wardrobe. I finally found one that accomplished exactly what I paid for: it stood there and held my things without contributing to the décor of the room in the slightest. Fortunately, I made my way to Anthropologie later that day, where all my decorating prayers were answered.
Anthropologie’s hardware collection includes knobs and handles each in different adornments that once applied to your varied pieces of furniture, will completely change the look. Knobs are painted with spectacular designs and molded into different shapes and themes perfect for any color scheme you come up with. They make the worn down look like an antique, the mass produced unique, and everything fabulous. Prices of the knobs vary, but with over 80 to choose from it becomes certain you will find the perfect fit. The knobs are also incredibly easy to install, no tools necessary and the correct bolts are included with your purchase. The epitome of the perfect accent pieces, Anthropologies knobs are a dream for your inner decorator.
