My Favorite “It” Thing: New Chanel Polish in Jade

Green nails were spotted this past fashion week at shows like Betsey Johnson, so it’s no surprise that this trend has migrated from runway to reality. One of my best friends, who is a nail technician connected to some serious designers and celebs, recently started to paint my nails this intense color. At first I was skeptical, but after day three, I was hooked. Chanel came out with an exclusive two-polish color collection called the Jade Nail Collection (which they actually featured on their runways for Fall 2009). This green hue is my favorite, but the other polish featured in the set is a soft pink that is beautiful as well. If you feel like stepping out of the box and trying something new, I suggest going green.
