Tennis Anyone?

Fans of professional tennis have had much to follow since the 2009 Australian Open, including the recent wedding of Andy Roddick, but the real news is the arrival of New York designer Brian Wood’s Spring/Summer t-shirt collection, entitled Flash the Queen. Under the label Brian Wood Exclusive, Wood offers graphic T’s that always get the collectors clamoring. Created with tongue firmly planted in cheek, these T’s will have everyone asking where you got them.

The current collection is an homage to the great tradition of streaking at major sporting events like Wimbledon and features digitized images of real streakers as the might appear on your nightly news broadcast. Who can forget seeing their first streaker? Or perhaps you were that streaker? Either way, relive that great moment in sports history with a fresh T this spring. Other favorites from the current collection include the Flash & Dash Jimmy Connors print and a Brian Wood style portrait of the Queen of England. Every T-shirt wardrobe needs at least one portrait of the Queen! For fans of The Count, he’s back – this time with tennis balls for eyes. JOSEPH UNGOCO
